Be free-floating, allowing the situation to surround you, and be in it. Take in the full surroundings, including the temperature of the water.
This may bring incredible clarity, presence and focus. This is what is means to be a jellyfish.

Spiderman In My Bathroom and Minions On My Cupboards

Spiderman. In the upper left corner.

Glaring at me everytime I am in the bathroom.

Minions among other things.

Looking over my shoulder every time I cook.

These are the things my children leave me. And no, I do not have little children anymore.

The are teens, all driving. Yet they still leave me stickers.

Thank goodness for the little things that make me smile.

What little things do your kids leave you - that make you smile?
(not the little things that make you cuss, now, the ones that make you smile)

  1. *laugh * Great post! My oldest is juuuuuust starting to get to the stage where he is doing anything for me... but the things that make my heart melt; random "I love you Mama!"s, "reading" aloud to himself, and the occasional "You're pretty!"

nowadays, my daughter is the only one who says that to me. She knows When I need to hear it too, good girl. It only took 17 years of training, lol.
