Music Monday! English Tea

Good Monday to you all - and Happy Earth Day. 

 This morning had me noticing the landscape. The green filling in all the trees, the beautiful flowers daring to bloom after the cold nights we have had, and of course enjoying the bright sunshine. 

 At the shop, we have been enjoying tea from Cindi's Sacred Garden, and today is the last day of this sample. So I thought it fitting Sir Paul McCartney serenade us while we enjoy some Strong Body Tea. Perhaps not proper English Tea, but oh so good, and good for you.

This weather, the sunshine, flowers, green grass and leaves on trees, it makes me want to sit in miles and miles of an English garden, stretching past the willow tree......

 Hope I can sit and enjoy some tea in my yard later this afternoon, even though there are no willow trees, and the garden is sparse with a few bulbs, not yet blooming. But I am determined to enjoy. 

 Enjoy your day, every day, even if it is just for an afternoon tea, in a less than English Garden.

A surprise suggestion, this song was. I asked a friend-who-is-family for some ideas, as I wanted to do a Music Monday this week, but was having trouble picking a song. Just didn't have any that felt right at the time. So this friend, who by the way is someone we (hubby first actually) 'met' online. Communicated for quite a while before actually meeting in person. Weekend Musings ~ Will Walk for Bread

Back in the mountains, I love it. I forgot how lovely the summer is here, and finally the weather is gorgeous. The flowers are out and everything is green. Wildflowers My musing this weekend are as simple as enjoying two of my favorite things:  Walking and  Bread It has been tough for me to let myself take the time to get a few walks in ~ yes I was too busy to get walks in and I know that is just an excuse but sometimes you just gotta take a break. From everything.  And any more than that, I just do not want to dwell on. Also, I am not feeling too wordy today, so will just let the pictures speak for me. The road to the RAD and the bakery nestled in the district with the bread (no beer for me)  A river crossing - it sure did look muddy today probably from the recent rains. Bread and soft pretzel - yumminess. River crossing heading home - lovely even if still muddy.
