Music Monday! Best Day Of My Life

The perfect way to start a new year!
 
I heard this song on the radio yesterday, as we were moving things into our new booth at the Antique Tobacco Barn here in Asheville.
It was a long road there, one we worked hard for and waited for, and it finally came.
 
It is an awesome place to wander (77,000 sq.ft.), there are lots of vendors there, and loads of really cool stuff. 
 
And now we, Blue Rage of Asheville, are a part of it. 
Awesome. 
Lots of work, yes, but it has already paid off! 
I couldn't be happier, things are finally falling into place.


So, the best day of my life? 

Maybe not the best of my entire life, but certainly the best lately. 

It was around this time too that I made a commitment to myself. I vowed to remove everything that brings negativity to my life, and concentrate on only the positive and things that make me happy and feel good. My one and only resolution, but one that I think will make a huge difference in my entire life. 
No more dealing with negativity, at all. Just won't do it. 

Goodbye anyone or anything that brings negativity. 

It is the perfect way to begin a New Year. 

Hopefully, a much better year than we have had lately, maybe even the best.  Have a safe and Happy New Year!

    I think that's a great resolution. I have really been trying to at least limit my time with people/things that cause a lot of negativity as well. I'm not sure that it's working entirely - there's a few situations that I can't avoid - but at least being concious of it helps!

    Dakota, I know it may be impossible to avoid at all times, but hopefully we can not let them get to us.
    That is the hart part, right?

A surprise suggestion, this song was. I asked a friend-who-is-family for some ideas, as I wanted to do a Music Monday this week, but was having trouble picking a song. Weekend Musings ~ Will Walk for Bread

Back in the mountains, I love it. I forgot how lovely the summer is here, and finally the weather is gorgeous. The flowers are out and everything is green. Wildflowers My musing this weekend are as simple as enjoying two of my favorite things:  Walking and  Bread It has been tough for me to let myself take the time to get a few walks in ~ yes I was too busy to get walks in and I know that is just an excuse but sometimes you just gotta take a break. From everything.  And any more than that, I just do not want to dwell on. Also, I am not feeling too wordy today, so will just let the pictures speak for me. The road to the RAD and the bakery nestled in the district with the bread (no beer for me)  A river crossing - it sure did look muddy today probably from the recent rains. Bread and soft pretzel - yumminess. River crossing heading home - lovely even if still muddy.
