Collections to Keep Me Busy - Jack Frost

Boy did I get bitched at last night for how cold the house was. Hubby blamed me for turning the heat down. 

I didn't, (at least not to 60 degrees like he claims) but the wind was blowing right through the house.

So when I asked him for an idea for a collection, the first thing he said was - 
Jack Frost. 
Voila - A Jack Frost Collection.


I had to ease back into the swing of things, being that for the past few days Raige was on a mini vacation. Just needed a couple days to re-boot. 

What better way to start back into things than a Collection to Keep Me Busy?

We will get back to the regularly scheduled series next week. But for now, I will just keep my mind occupied with entertainment and busy with collections. What should the next theme be??

You name it, and I will make a collection.

    nice! You have a great eye. And good for you easing back into it...I'm real slow this week with the kids home. Got an ipad for chirstmas and learning how to type my blog posts on it which is even slower but somehow easier to type a few words here and there than settle down at the computer with kids shooting balloons over my head...

A surprise suggestion, this song was. I asked a friend-who-is-family for some ideas, as I wanted to do a Music Monday this week, but was having trouble picking a song. Weekend Musings ~ Will Walk for Bread

Back in the mountains, I love it. I forgot how lovely the summer is here, and finally the weather is gorgeous. The flowers are out and everything is green. Wildflowers My musing this weekend are as simple as enjoying two of my favorite things:  Walking and  Bread It has been tough for me to let myself take the time to get a few walks in ~ yes I was too busy to get walks in and I know that is just an excuse but sometimes you just gotta take a break. From everything.  And any more than that, I just do not want to dwell on. Also, I am not feeling too wordy today, so will just let the pictures speak for me. The road to the RAD and the bakery nestled in the district with the bread (no beer for me)  A river crossing - it sure did look muddy today probably from the recent rains. Bread and soft pretzel - yumminess. River crossing heading home - lovely even if still muddy.
