One Resolution to Keep - IndieSmiles.com

Sometimes, good things come out of amazing frustrations.  Such was the case for me and my recent computer frustrations. I wrote my first IndieSmiles article for the new year, and made one resolution that we all should keep. I also made a great collection on Artfire.com, and yes, did get my computer up and running again.

Please visit IndieSmiles.com and read the One Resolution to Keep, see some wonderful items, and vow to keep this resoltion yourselves. Or else you may end up making some wonderful items out of your computer pieces yourself.  You won't be sorry.

Also, take advantage of the knowledgable columnists at IndieSmiles.com and Ask the Indie Experts. This group can answer your questions, help you with what you feel hasn't worked in you shop, help you with your packaging questions, shop set up, banner, or maybe help with that difficult customer issue.  If you are new to online selling, or even if you have been doing it a long time but need some guidance, the Indie Experts can help.  This new program can also help get you showcased on Indiesmiles! If your question is chosed for one of the articles, your shop could very well be included in a slideshow. They will do their best to answer all questions too, so don't be shy and ask away.

Make this a great start to a potentially great year - back up and ask up.

A surprise suggestion, this song was. I asked a friend-who-is-family for some ideas, as I wanted to do a Music Monday this week, but was having trouble picking a song. Just didn't have any that felt right at the time. So this friend, who by the way is someone we (hubby first actually) 'met' online. Communicated for quite a while before actually meeting in person. Weekend Musings ~ Will Walk for Bread

Back in the mountains, I love it. I forgot how lovely the summer is here, and finally the weather is gorgeous. The flowers are out and everything is green. Wildflowers My musing this weekend are as simple as enjoying two of my favorite things:  Walking and  Bread It has been tough for me to let myself take the time to get a few walks in ~ yes I was too busy to get walks in and I know that is just an excuse but sometimes you just gotta take a break. From everything.  And any more than that, I just do not want to dwell on. Also, I am not feeling too wordy today, so will just let the pictures speak for me. The road to the RAD and the bakery nestled in the district with the bread (no beer for me)  A river crossing - it sure did look muddy today probably from the recent rains. Bread and soft pretzel - yumminess. River crossing heading home - lovely even if still muddy.
