Music Monday! Blind Melon - No Rain - and Bees

It rained nearly all weekend here in the mountains, which is what we needed. But I am glad the sun is out today. It has inspired me to finally add a new section to Raige Creations - Vintage Raige!
My first listing is this wonderful Bee Smoker made by the A.I. Root Company in about 1907. I love the history of items like this like this historic footage from the A.I. Root Company, and am glad to be able to share with my friends, cutomers, and fans a new side of Raige.

There is much more to list, from my slight addiction to auctions and yard sales, that will make Vintage Raige on Etsy and Vintage Raige on Zibbet THE place where Vintage is all the Raige.  Keep checking to find unusual, interesting, and fun items.

A surprise suggestion, this song was. I asked a friend-who-is-family for some ideas, as I wanted to do a Music Monday this week, but was having trouble picking a song. Just didn't have any that felt right at the time. So this friend, who by the way is someone we (hubby first actually) 'met' online. Communicated for quite a while before actually meeting in person. Weekend Musings ~ Will Walk for Bread

Back in the mountains, I love it. I forgot how lovely the summer is here, and finally the weather is gorgeous. The flowers are out and everything is green. Wildflowers My musing this weekend are as simple as enjoying two of my favorite things:  Walking and  Bread It has been tough for me to let myself take the time to get a few walks in ~ yes I was too busy to get walks in and I know that is just an excuse but sometimes you just gotta take a break. From everything.  And any more than that, I just do not want to dwell on. Also, I am not feeling too wordy today, so will just let the pictures speak for me. The road to the RAD and the bakery nestled in the district with the bread (no beer for me)  A river crossing - it sure did look muddy today probably from the recent rains. Bread and soft pretzel - yumminess. River crossing heading home - lovely even if still muddy.
