Be free-floating, allowing the situation to surround you, and be in it. Take in the full surroundings, including the temperature of the water.
This may bring incredible clarity, presence and focus. This is what is means to be a jellyfish.

Music Monday! Learning to Fly
We watched young Wrens learning to fly this morning. There were 3 babies clinging to the pine needles hanging below their nest. One by one, they took that leap of faith, and quickly fell to the ground. Once provoked (walked over to try to get a pic for this post) they successfully and repeatedly took flight again and again, and probably learned faster than most Wrens learning to fly.
There's no sensation to compare with this
