Zibbet Exhibit ~ Raindrops and Ladybugs

Image
This week the  two things have been on my mind are  Raindrops and Ladybugs.  --First, Ladybugs, also called Ladybirds by our friends across the pond , because I have 3 Ladybug forms waiting to be mosaic'd ~ thanks to hubby. He cut the cutest forms and I am loving how the glass is just falling into place on them. --Second, it has rained, then been sunny, then rained, etc. A nice change from where we moved from - where if the day started out cloudy and rainy, that lasted the whole day. Here - if it starts that way, by afternoon the sun is shining bright like it never rained. But then it can starts out clear skies and sun, and then rain late in the afternoon. Either way, I'll take it. The dusty attic spider-clad He, through the keyhole, maketh glad; And through the broken edge of tiles Into the laddered hay-loft smiles. Meantime his golden face around He bares to all the garden ground, And sheds a warm and glittering look Among the ivy's inmost nook. Above the hills, along the blue, Round the bright air with footing true, To please the child, to paint the rose, The gardener of the World, he goes. A fitting Poem for mid-summer. There is no better feeling that the warm summer sun peaking through the window, the trees, across the yard. And summer is the perfect time to take a minute to enjoy these things. I try to do something enjoyably summ...
