I am actually surprised with myself, so wanted to share what I learned from this.<br /><br />Valerie, 3 or 4 times a week is pretty darned good, especially if you can do that every week!! I think you should pat yourself on the back for accomplishing that, and if you want 5 days a week - you are so close I know you can do it if you really want it.
